Calculated Shipping
We try very hard to ensure that each item we post to our site has the ability to have shipping or delivery calculated at checkout. Generally non furniture items will allow you to see UPS Calculated rates, based on packaged dimensions of the items. Items will have a combination of the following options available to you when you are ready for checkout.
UPS Ground
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 3 Day Select
Local Pickup (at our Bantam, CT Showroom)
Local Professional Delivery
National Professional Delivery
*** At this time we do not currently ship outside the U.S. through our website. You may contact us through email or phone if you are looking to purchase an item and have your item shipped outside the U.S.
Furniture & Oversize Items
Items that cannot be sent via UPS are handled either by local movers to the tri-state area NY,CT,MA,RI or outside of those areas through a transporter network that we can obtain quotes through.
We utilize various shipping services, local and long distant transporters to get your the best service at a competitive price. Generally we can provide you with an updated Quote within 2 business days.
Other Shipping Options
You are also welcome to coordinate your own delivery/shipping of furniture and oversize items.
Items Damaged in Transit / Delivery
It is important to note that if your item is damaged upon receiving it. You are responsible for filing a claim for the damage with the shipping carrier (ie. UPS). Notify the carrier as soon as possible and keep all packing material, boxes, etc as they may be collected by the carrier in order to fulfill your claim. All our shipments are insured through the carrier. Once your claim is processed the carrier will reimburse you directly. We do not get involved in filing claims for damages that occur during transit.
